A Recap of the Fifth Annual Kirk Gibson Golf Classic

Kirk Gibson Colf Classic 2021 Recap main photo.

The Fifth Annual Kirk Gibson Golf Classic was held on August 23, 2021 at the Wyndgate Country Club in Rochester Hills, Michigan. More than 170 golfers came together to raise over $400,000 for Parkinson’s Research and Programs.

Kirk Gibson and Tom Izzo led the crowd in a team meeting before tee-off, and David “Boomer” Wells was our live auctioneer. Great auction items included a set of signed baseballs from every MLB team, a custom Kirk Gibson Foundation for Parkinson’s cornhole set, sports memorabilia, trips and more. Dave Rozema threw BP at the driving range for the lucky auction winners who bid on the experience.

The event was also attended by Parkinson’s advocates Bill Bucklew, Jim Kroeger, and Kevin Murray.

Save the date! The Sixth Annual Kirk Gibson Golf Classic will be on Monday, August 22, 2022 at the Wyndgate Country Club in Rochester Hills, MI. Please email golf@kirkgibsonfoundation.org with any questions.
